Video Editing
We partnered with a prominent real estate agency in [United State] to redefine their digital property tours. The project began with a detailed discovery call where we analyzed their brand identity. Our goal was to move away from basic slideshows and create an immersive, emotional experience for high-net-worth buyers. We started by organizing over 50GB of raw 4K footage, creating a storyboard that focused on the “flow” of the house—from the grand entrance to the private backyard.
Problems
During the editing phase, we encountered several significant difficulties:
Inconsistent Lighting: Some rooms were shot during midday, resulting in harsh shadows and “blown-out” windows where the outside view was completely white.
Unstable Camera Movements: A few crucial walkthrough shots were shaky, which distracted from the luxury feel of the property.
Distracting Background Noise: The raw audio was cluttered with wind noise and distant construction sounds from the neighborhood.
Solutions
Results
The project was successfully delivered. The final video was a 90-second cinematic masterpiece that showcased the property’s soul rather than just its walls. The client reported a significant increase in social media engagement and successfully booked three high-value viewings within the first 48 hours of the video going live.
